According to several unofficial
sources, Apple is planning to introduce another device in spring 2014.
At this point, the tech giant is planning to create a new tablet with a
wider screen –some 12,9 inches.
At this point the device is said to be called MaxiPad. The
production of the new tablet is expected to start in the second quarter
of 2014. It seems like Apple has postponed the production of iWatch once
again. The sources say that the production of smart watches will start
in the second half of 2014.
The sources also assume that MaxiPad
will be produced by Quanta Computer, the biggest ODM manufacturer of
laptops. It is not accidental since the new devices will be closer to
laptops than other iPads.
