EURUSD: Will private investors be forced to help to bail out Greece?
Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council, has just started an emergency meeting of top European officials in order to discuss another rescue package for Greece. They still cannot arrive at a common view on whether private investors should participate in the bailout? Germany and some other countries insist that the payments to private bondholders should be delayed while the ECB is against it.
